If your organization has a deposit based contract, this option can be used to inform users that
their download will be charged to the deposit account. Your users will also be given an opportunity to enter a cost-code. Any cost-code entered will be displayed in your deposit account usage report.


To switch this on:

  1. Log in to the Admin Dashboard.
  2. Go to the fifth tab: 'Settings'
  3. Check that the account name displayed is for your deposit account. If not click the drop-down arrow to switch to the correct account.
  4. Click on the third option to activate the warning.
