Yes, but only in print format. Electronic journal articles may be printed then sent via post, fax or faxed-based services (e.g. Ariel or Prospero) to fulfil ILL requests from academic, research or other non-commercial libraries.


For the Americas:
Yes, if you have a Springer license in the Americas, you may digitally transfer journal articles and book chapters to fulfil ILL requests. Follow Fair Use and CONTU guidelines on the appropriate amount of such ILL activity. If you do not have a Springer license in the Americas, you should fulfil article and chapter requests via postal or faxed fulfilment in print format. Electronic journal articles may be printed then sent via post, fax or faxed-based services to fulfil ILL requests from academic, research or other non-commercial libraries.
