My print copy arrived damaged. How can this be replaced?

We will replace damaged issues where stock is available. If replacement stock is not available, we will extend the subscription accordingly. Claims must be made within the following timescales:


Weekly titles: Any issue of a weekly journal claimed after two months of publication or date of order (whichever is the latter) cannot be replaced.

Monthly titles: Any issue of a monthly journal claimed after three months of publication or date of order (whichever is the latter) cannot be replaced.


• All claims from the following countries should be made within four months of publication or date of order (whichever is the latter): India, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Suriname.

Please provide the following information along with your claim:

- Your Customer ID
- Journal title
- Volume and issue number
- Month of publication
- Delivery address
