Please Note: You will only have received a Customer ID if you have purchased a subscription with Nature Portfolio. If you have purchased your subscription through our online ordering system your Customer ID will automatically be linked to the registered account that was used for the order.
If you would like to know your Customer ID, contact Customer Service and a Team member will supply it to you; or, submit a query to our Online Service team via our webform here. Please provide us with the contact details that you used for the subscription.

You can register on our web site free of charge, which will allow you limited access. If you subscribe to a Nature Portfolio journal via membership to a society please read the article Online access for society members affiliated with Nature Portfolio for how to access your journal.

For security reasons there is currently no facility to search for your Customer ID online.
- When your subscription order has been successfully processed you should receive a confirmation email which will include your Customer ID.
- Your Customer ID is also located on your print issue's mailing label - (above the mailing address on the left side of the label).
To register a nature.com My Account please go to the Nature Portfolio registration page and follow the onscreen prompts ensuring that you use a valid email address - you may also wish to add @nature.com to your safe senders list.
