Customer ID not recognized

Make sure you enter your Customer ID when setting up online access. A Customer ID is unique and covers all of your Nature Portfolio subscriptions.

Whether you subscribe to one, two or ten Nature Portfolio titles, you will only ever have one Customer ID.
