An annual subscription commits you for a minimum of one year and no cancellations or refund requests for an active journal subscription will be accepted 14 days after a subscription payment has been processed.
If you have received a renewal invoice and do not wish to continue with the subscription, you can contact our Customer Service team, supplying your Reference Number, Account Number, and full mailing address.
When purchasing a subscription which is sold as a ‘print plus on-line’ option, it is not possible to cancel or suppress either the print or the on-line part of the subscription, as it is sold as a package.
