Self-archiving

If your article is published under a subscription model, Springer Nature permits you to self-archive the accepted manuscript (AM), on your own personal website and/or in your funder or institutional repositories, for public release after an embargo period.

The accepted manuscript (AM) is the version post-peer review, but prior to copy-editing and typesetting, and does not reflect post-acceptance improvements, or any corrections.

When sharing AM you will need to make sure that it is done in accordance with our terms of use.

For more detailed information, please refer to Self-archiving of papers published via the subscription route section on our Open access policies for journals page.
