Setting up Shibboleth access to SpringerLink for institutions

Springer Nature supports Shibboleth access either via the list of national federations below, or through other SAML 2.0 Identity services such as Google for Work (GSuite), ADFDS/ Microsoft Azure/Entra, OneLogin, and others. To get started on those setups, please follow the guidance for our dedicated Nature SSO and Springer SSO pages.

If you belong to any of the federations listed here please us through the webform to have access set up by providing your institution’s name and the Shibboleth Entity ID. Once set up, your institution's name will show in the Shibboleth dropdown list on Shibboleth login page.
