If your research did not generate or reuse research data, then your journal will not require you to share data as a condition of publishing. This may be the case for Review Articles, though most other article types will be supported by some form of data. Two quick checks you can perform: if your article mentions any summary statistics (means, standard deviations, etc), then your data are what you derived these from; if your article includes graphs, your data are what underlie these. If your research did not generate data, you should state this in your data availability statement.
If you reused data in your study, you should add this to your reference list, along with a description and citation in your data availability statement.
