We hope that you are enjoying your subscription, but if you decide it's not right for you, you may cancel your next renewal which at any time.
Cancelling will prevent all further subscription charges. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period or previous charges as you will continue to have access to your subscription until your current billing period ends.
We recommend cancelling your subscription at least 72 hours before the end of your current billing period.
You can manage your subscription in the "My Account" section of your Springer Nature Account
- Log into your Springer+ account, select "Subscriptions and purchases" then "Manage subscriptions"
- Select "Modify plan"
- Select "Cancel subscription"
- Enter the reason for your cancellation and select "Cancel subscription"
After selecting a cancellation reason, your Springer+ subscription will display as cancelled in your plan overview.
If you wish to reinstate your Springer+ subscription at a later date, you can re-subscribe on the Springer+ homepage.
