There are four possible reasons that the Download Book link might not be there:
- No whole-book pdf is available. For titles made available online before 2005 we do not have a whole-book pdf option and these titles are only available in chapter downloads.
- The book is a reference work
- The book has more than 100 chapters
- The book has no electronic rights; not available for purchase
