If your institution has access via institutional E-mail Domain

Using your institutional email address, register on the Nature Masterclasses website. Your course access is tied to your institutional email domain, so please make sure you register with the correct email address. Once you’ve confirmed your registration, you will have access to the course your institution is subscribing to.
If your institution has access via institutional IP range

Connect to your institution’s internet or Wi-Fi (or access it remotely if you're off campus) and register on the Nature Masterclasses website. Once you’ve confirmed your registration you will have access to the content your institution is subscribing to. You can access the course using any internet connection for up to 6 months because the website will remember your institutional internet connection for 6 months. If you have been off campus or outside the institutional network for over 6 months after your initial registration, you will need to log in to Nature Masterclasses from within your institution’s network again to refresh your connection details.
If your institution has access via institutional Single Sign-On

- Visit the Login page on the Nature Masterclasses website and click ‘Select your institution'
- Select your institution
- You’ll be taken to your institutional login portal. Log in using your normal institutional login details.
- You’ll then be redirected to Nature Masterclasses site where you’ll be asked to enter your email address so that we can send you a confirmation email – click the link in this email to verify your account and return to the Nature Masterclasses site. After verifying your email, you will have access to the course.
If your lab/department has access via institutional voucher/TAN codes

You will have been emailed a unique access code. Enter your code on the Nature Masterclasses code authentication page as instructed.
If you have followed the steps above and are still unable to access your desired course, please submit a query to our Online Service team via our webform here.
