If your institution has switched from IP range access to mail domain-based access for Nature Masterclasses, you may need to update the email address associated with your account to maintain access to your courses. This is particularly important for users who have previously accessed their institutional subscription using a personal email address, as accounts using non-institutional email addresses will lose access to the courses following the switch.
To resolve this issue, please update your profile by changing your email address to your institutional one. You can find detailed instructions for changing your email address here. Once your email address change has been confirmed, log out of your account and then log back in using your newly updated institutional email address.
