Release 5.1
COUNTER 5.1 now includes a definition for 'Free_To_Read' that covers both permanently and temporarily free content from Springer Nature. Hence, all three COUNTER Access_Types (Open, Controlled, Free_To_Read) are now applicable to the content we publish. Additionally, the same title may appear more than once in a report if its Access_Type changes over time.

We do not report, or allow filtering on, the Access_Type “Other_Free_To_Read”.
This is because none of the platforms that we report usage data for are of the Host_Type “Repository” or “Data_Repository”
