If your SSO certificate is soon to expire, please configure a new one and contact the Institutional Support team through the webform to provide it to us. We will add in the new certificate to your SSO setup on our side.
We are able to hold more than one certificate in our systems at once, so we will be able to add in your new certificate whilst the older one is still active. There does not need to be a changeover time co-ordinated on both sides, and you will be able to test your new certificate by disabling your old one whilst both are active in our systems.
